Each market is different; for example, townhomes in Langley are extremely brisk, while condos in White Rock are selling very slowly. I break down our area further in other charts.

These statistics come from the National Association of Realtors, so it is national not locally focussed. Something I think has the most value and can often be done by the Homeowner is a general fresh look to the home, clean up the gardens, declutter inside and out, and paint. Studies show that that front door is very important and new paint, etc. go a long way to first impressions.
